BRYCE YOUNG
(Starter & Infield Judge)Bryce and wife Yvonne are from Weekes,Sask. He is the manager of the  Bertwell Community Pasture. He started judging in 1976 as the starter  and infield judge for the E.P.C.C.A. Sons, Dale & Kelvin race chariots & chuckwagons and daughter Denise drives a chariot. Bryce's good nature, calm manner and excellent riding skills have gained him  respect and trust from the drivers all across the prairie provinces.  His pick-up skills are second to none when it comes to assisting an  outfit in trouble. Drivers relax and concentrate on the race when they  see a capable man is on the job!

 

TERRY BERG
(Corner Judge)
Terry and his wife Laurie live in Hudson Bay on a ranch where they raise cattle and horses. Terry and Laurie have recently have taken over the famous “Lumax” foundation of saddle horses. You will often see Terry riding around the sports grounds training yet another great saddle horse for someone to purchase. He started judging full time for us in 2008. His enthusiasm, love for the sport, as well as his big black horse Moonshine have been a great asset for us. Thank you for your honesty, dedication, and hard work!

   
ERROLL WATSON   
(Track Judge)
Erroll and his wife Kim reside on a farm near Kelvington,Sask. where he is employed in the agricultural sector. At a young age Erroll developed and interest in horses while ranching with his dad Don and brothers Lee and Dale. 1984 marked the year Erroll began his chariot racing career, and took a real interest in the sport and soon wagon driving was added to his list of accomplishments. In 1990, he started judging the races as both a starter and track judge. This job has taken him across all three prairie provinces. Erroll is renowned for his ability to spot trouble and catch a runaway outfit before anything serious happens.

BRIANNE BRAATEN 
(Infield Maintenance)
Brianne comes from Archerwill,Sask. where she lives on a farm with her parents Keith & Lynda. Brianne is a grade 10 student at the Rose Valley High School. This athletic young lady keeps busy participating in many school sports and activities. She also loves horseback riding and competing in gymkana events throughout the summer.

BRENNIN JACK  
(Announcer)
Brennin resides in Yorkton, Sask. where he is employed by Heartland Livestock as an Auctioneer/Sales Rep. He was awarded 'Rookie Of The Year' at the Manitoba/Saskatchewan Auctioneer Competition in May of 2007 and in June of 2007, he had the honor of being chosen 'Rookie Of The Year' Auctioneer of Canada. Brennin enjoys being around all the great people in the sport and loves the thrill of a good wagon race. He put his racing career on hold while pursuing his auctioneering career, but looks forward to once again driving in the future.

ED JENKINS
(Announcer)
Ed and wife Bonnie live near Hudson Bay, Sask. Back for his tenth seasons as the announcer, Ed, a former educator, has turned his focus to year round racing. His enjoyment of the sport is easily displayed in his announcing. Announcing races in the summer and racing sled dogs in the winter. As soon as the racing season comes to an end, Ed is busy training his dogs for the rigors of long distance sled racing throughout western Canada and the lower 48. 

DAPHNE WICKSTROM
(Video Timer)
Daphne and husband Larry make their home on a farm near Wadena, Sask. Daphne has dedicated the last seventeen years to serve as the main video-timer for the E.P.C.C.A. Her expertise and knowledge in this field are a real asset to our club and help make the races proceed in a timely and professional manner. Daphne is also a busy woman in her community, volunteering her services in many of the organizations that keep Wadena a viable and productive community. She is presently serving as president of Prairie Women on Snowmobiles". Daphne is instrumental in the organization of this entire project. 

GLORIA WIWCHARUK   
(Video-Timer)
Gloria, husband Paul and daughter Bianca make their home in Hudson Bay,Sask. where they own and operate Gloria'ous Photography. Gloria is an accomplished photographer, who along with Paul, has traveled extensively with the racing circuit, capturing on photo the drivers and their exciting sport. She is also making a name for herself as an accomplished wedding photographer.
